Ceili Dances Saturday 3-6,  8-midnight at East Durham Fire Hall (Place may change) 8-10 Brian Conway, John Whelan, Jimmy Kelly 10-12 Pride of Moyvane Sunday 1 - 6    at The Shamrock House Coel na gCroi, Pride of Moyvane Dinner  6 - 8  Ceili Workshops: Old-time traditional Irish ceili dances.  If you have always been an on-looker at ceili dances, or know nothing about ceili, or have tried it, but still feel unsure of the steps, these are the workshops for you.  Even if you have two left feet and never dance, don't worry.  You will be in good company with others who feel the same.  Teacher TBA Dances such as the Haymakers' Jig, The Sweets of May,  The Walls of Limerick, The Seige of Ennis. Workshop Schedule:           Saturday October 10 10:30 - noon     For absolute novices.  We will show you basic steps and types of movements common in old time ceili dancing.                                                  5-6:30                We will teach members of the morning class and more experienced dancers as well.           Sunday October 11    10:30 - noon      The workshop will build on Saturday evening's class.                                 Ron Bruschi and Marie Newman will teach set dances, including pointers on foot work.
