Billy will be teaching really beginner whistle classes.  These workshops are great for spouses and partners who don't play an instrument, and would like to begin to share the experience.  You don't have to already know any tunes.  You don't have to have an instrument ahead of time. Beginner whistles are available at Ireland USA (aka Guaranteed Irish) for about $20 and can be picked up that morning.
